All schools in Lagos state must resume on Monday 18th February, 2019.

The Lagos state Deputy Governor,Dr Idiat Adebule, who’s also in charge if the Ministry of Education gave this directive.

As they resume on Monday, they are expected to thereafter close on Friday 22nd of February, to resume on Monday 25th and later close on Friday 8th March  and  also resume on Monday 11th March 2019. 

Adebule explained that the state government is compelled to further review the 2018/19 school academic calendar due to the change in election dates .

She urged all public and private schools, school administrators to take note of the changes in dates and adhere strictly.
